Workshops
I enjoy teaching, passing on creative skills and my enthusiasm for pottery and printmaking to both children and adults. The classes I run are fun, sociable and informal, with no need for prior experience. I hold workshops in my studio and the converted cart shed alongside it, welcoming small groups making hand-built and thrown porcelain tableware, and Linocut printing. I also hold workshops for schools, making fantastic work with children of all ages.
In addition to my regular courses, I welcome groups of friends and family to hold private workshops, these can be a lovely way to spend time together, engaging in a creative activity or to celebrate an event or anniversary. Just get in touch if you have a date in mind and would like to plan further.
Spring 2023
I am in the process of expanding into the larger studio next door, and opening up my current studio as a permanent gallery shop (very nearly finished!). Im so excited about this new space, its a beautiful setting for creating artwork and explore new creative skills. For the meantime I wont be running classes, but I look forward to welcoming students into my new space, to meet for a regular Art Club, or to join me for a one-off workshop. Please email me with an expression of interest and I will add you to the list, and let you know when the workshop is open for classes again.
