I enjoy teaching, passing on creative skills and my enthusiasm for pottery and printmaking to both children and adults. The classes I run are fun, sociable and informal, with no need for prior experience. I hold workshops in my studio and the converted cart shed alongside it, welcoming small groups making hand-built and thrown porcelain tableware, and Linocut printing. I also hold workshops for schools, making fantastic work with children of all ages.
In addition to my regular courses, I welcome groups of friends and family to hold private workshops, these can be a lovely way to spend time together, engaging in a creative activity or to celebrate an event or anniversary. Just get in touch if you have a date in mind and would like to plan further.
I am in the process of expanding into the larger workshop next door, and opening up my current studio as a permanent gallery shop. While this work goes on I wont be running classes, but will have the capacity in 2020 for larger groups and a regular Art Club - news and new dates will be published in due course, but please email me for an expression of interest and I will keep you posted!
