This two block linocut illustrates a familiar North Wales scene, The mountain is Siabod, and there is a particular view where a mountian stream leads in a silver path directly towards it. On the day that I visited, two Welsh Mountian ponies were grazing nearby, wading knee high through rushes. It was a bright, cold, winter day, with a brisk wind sweeping across the rushes, and through the manes of the ponies.
