April - Spring Meadow

This print illustrates an offering of beautiful spring flowers, gathered by my small son from the meadow in front of our house. The meadow forms the lower part of the Tudor garden that I have created here, these flowers would have been known to the inhabitants of the house in its early days - Ladies Smock, Primrose and Snakes Head Fritilliary.
